Cancelation conditions
Cancellation and refund request must always be made in writing addressed to the Congress Secretary by email to conference2023@onewelfareworld.org
- Cancellations received in writing until September 10, 2023: 25% will be retained for management expenses.
- Cancellations received in writing from September 11, 2023 or no attendance: They will not have a refund.
All cancellation refunds will be processed by the technical secretariat within 10 working days after the written request has been received.
