Accommodation reservation policy
Rates on Bed and Breakfast basis.
*Taxes NOT included. VAT according to origin and activity.
Reservations will be made through the Congress website. A valid e-mail address is required to make your reservation. Hotel bookings will only be considered confirmed if payment has been made. You can be sure that your booking has been processed ONLY if you receive confirmation by email.
In case you have paid by bank transfer and sent the receipt to the Technical Secretariat and have not received a booking confirmation, please contact conference2023@onewelfareworld.org. We do not guarantee a reservation if payment is not made at the time of booking. Please do not delete the booking confirmation as you will need it for any revision or modification of your details that you may wish to make in the future, as well as for presentation at the hotel.
